• Manage the Company’s equity-based program
• Work closely with Finance, Accounting, Payroll, Legal, and People teams 
• Ensure all equity transactions are processed and appropriate tax and regulatory filings are accurate and timely
• Serve as a point of contact for employee questions and concerns related to equity

Job Summary: 

• Directs administration of all aspects of equity award programs (inclusive of the Employee Stock Purchase Plan)
• Seeks opportunities to develop and implement systems and procedures to improve process efficiency of administrative functions between reporting and accounting and payroll practices and enhanced linkage of stock plan administration to strategic Total Rewards goals.
• Consults internal and external legal counsel to ensure administrative practices comply with governmental regulations and remain current with changes in the laws affecting the administration of the company’s equity programs
• Interfaces with payroll, accounting, company internal and external auditors, tax department, record keeper, transfer agent and legal counsel to ensure the timely and accurate preparation of plan documentation and reports
