  • Able to work in an outdoor environment for an extended period and endure high heat, humidity, possibly dusty and damp

3. BA in Youth Ministry with 3 years of Experience.

  • Desire to work with children ages 5 through 14 within the day camp setting.
  • Ability to assist in educational support.
  • Ability and/or experience in supervising campers.
  • Willingness to work as part of the ministry team with other staff members.
  • Have an understanding of The Salvation Army and a willingness to support its mission.
  • Display attitude and work habits in conjunction with a Christian environment.
  • Have current CPR and First Aid Certification or be willing to take training to become certified 
  • Ability to swim 50-75 yards without stopping.
