Job Summary:

• Reporting to the Head of Data Management, The Data Governance lead is part of the Data Management Team within the Enterprise Data and Analytics (EDA). 
• Responsible for developing a global data quality monitoring and improvement framework. 
• Use of leading practice tools to continuously assess LeasePlan’s global data quality level through the implementing rules and standards.
• Involve significant communication with Central data owners and country level data stewards to develop agreed rules and standards (both at enterprise and local level) plus targets to drive up LeasePlan’s data quality level systematically 
• Collaborate with a variety of stakeholders to identify root cause of quality issues, propose initiatives, and lead or support the development of preventative measures to stop errors at the source.
