Job Summary:

• Conduct all necessary inspections on the crane and crane equipment to assure operability and proper operations of all safety devices.
• Position crane boom overloads to be moved
• Perform or assist with the rigging of the load to be moved
• Move material during assembly operations if needed
• Place goods in designated locations
• Maintain hands-on necessary switches to allow for stopping quickly in case of an emergency

Job Summary:

• Review work assignments to plan and coordinate the movement of product from the plant to the yard and from the yard to the job site.
• Perform a start-up inspection at the beginning of each shift to ensure the crane is safe to operate.
• Perform daily inspection of wire ropes and rigging.
• Pushes and pulls levers to operate yard crane
• Lifting product off of forms and placing on yard trailers, lifting the product from the trailer and transporting to a suitable location in the yard.
• Observe all prescribed regulations regarding safe operation of the crane.

• Enter service requests for mechanical repairs when self-repairs are not feasible.
• Adhere to all safety requirements as well as government standards and regulations.

Job Summary:

• Reporting to the Maintenance Superintendent, ensure all tasks allocated are carried out safely and efficiently.
• Operate and maintain the CMMP crane and associated lifting/rigging equipment
• Maintain a rigging loft.
• Carry out Mechanical Preventative, Planned and Corrective Maintenance on all CMMP and SPM plant.
• Carry out all required mechanical maintenance routines or mechanical work on the following Replacement or refilling of lubricants, refrigeration fluids, hydraulic fluids, Replacement of air and oil filters, Mechanical valves and associated actuators (Manual or Powered), Flanges - bolt tensioning, torquing, flange and gasket alignment
• Opening and closing flanges to replace gaskets, inserting or removing blinds, and spades, turning spectacle blinds, removing or installing pipe spools
• Opening and closing manways on static equipment, Mechanical Isolations and Rotating Equipment, removal, opening, clean, reassembly and installation.
