• Under the supervision of the Senior Works Manager / Foreman work with teams within their specific area or portion of the project.
• Read plans to determine construction requirements.

• Experience forming and finishing concrete
• Experienced with riding trowel machines and techniques/methods of finishing flat and super-flat floors
• Ability to work off shift hours and overtime 
• Smooths and finishes surfaces of poured concrete floors, walls, slabs, elevated slabs, and site work
• Knowledge of the methods, tools, and materials used in concrete finishing.
• Ability to operate various hand and power tools as required in the specified trade. 
• Ability to operate heavy equipment such as 10-wheelers, backhoes, snow plows, loaders and other similar equipment.
• Previous experience in the area of Concrete Finishing 

Qualifications: BS in Civil Engineering with 4 years of Experience

• Experience in concrete patching or finishing.

Qualifications: BA in Architecture with 5 years of Experience

• Ability to maintain 50-hour work week during busy seasons

• Must be able to understand basic English.
• Ability to add and subtract two-digit numbers and to multiply and divide with 10's and 100's.
