Job Summary:

• Designing and developing advanced reports/dashboards using Cognos 11, including usage of Java Script and complex business logic,
• Creating Framework Manager models (multidimensional, relational) according to design standards and best practices,
• Participating in logical and physical DWH data model creation,
• Supporting team in analyzing the report/model performance /administrative issues,
• Working directly with business stakeholders to gather requirements for business analytics for reporting solutions.
• Design, development and deployment of multi-dimensional reports using the IBM Cognos Analytics
• Proficiency with Cognos BI 11x product suite (Report Studio, Analysis Studio, Query Studio, etc.).
• Communicate with client stakeholders to gain an understanding of business requirements through client interviews. 
• Participate in business analysis activities to gather required reporting and dashboard requirements.

Job Summary:

• Support system design, develop and implement components of the IBM Cognos and maintain or modify Cognos reports under guidelines
• Collaborate with the Development team and Business Analysis team to understand system design and function
• Develops code per the system design and coding standards under minimal supervision and performs unit testing
• Analyzes code to review errors and participates in review sessions
• Support System Integration testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and Performance testing of Cognos Reports
• Create and maintain artifacts by the project
