2. BS in Industrial Engineering with 2 years of Experience

  • Advance experience required with CMM programming and PC-DMIS programming.
  • Capable of working with CATIA Models, Solid Work, IGES, and STEP Files.
  • Advanced geometric dimensioning and tolerance (GD&T).
  • Some exposure to CAD CAM, CNC Programming, DPD, and MBD.
  • Proficient at using measurement instruments, such as micrometers, calipers, height gage, pin gages, optical comparator, plug/thread gages, radius gages, etc.
  • Knowledge of ISO 9001 and/or AS9100.
  • Proficient in use of Microsoft Office: Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Read and Write in English.

3. BS in Precision Engineering with 8 years of Experience

  • Have CMM certification, ZEISS & Calypso certification 
  • Experience operating milling machine, surface grinder, drill press, hand tools and precision instruments
  • Ability to read and understand blueprints
  • Knowledge of standard metrology techniques and GD&T
  • Ability to use Microsoft Office
  • Experience working in ISO 9001 or IATF 16949 environment
  • Able to program CMM for complex machined parts using Calypso program 
  • Ability to interpolate and program using Calypso “Curve” program methods
  • Must be proficient in programming offline and online. 

4. BS in Mechanical Engineering with 4 years of Experience
