- Motivate Outlet Store Managers to achieve optimal results in KPIs and added value targets across stores.
- Monitor store sales closely to achieve daily, weekly, monthly and yearly targets, acknowledging outstanding results and identifying any areas of missed opportunity.
- Manage wage costs across the region effectively to meet weekly wage targets and company rostering standards.
- Coach and mentor Store Managers to maintain high team morale and encourage the development of their store teams by ensuring training and succession plans are in place.
- Train Area Managers to understand and enhance their skills in the recruitment and selection of team members in line with their store needs and skill gaps, as well as the implementation of regular performance reviews.
- Ensure efficient OH&S management and adhere to state and national OH&S legislation.
Background & Experience
- 2 or more years of Senior Store Manager experience or Cluster experience in a retail environment.
- Proven track record in driving sales and KPIs, with the ability to think strategically to identify missed opportunities.
- Experience with stock control and visual merchandising, backed by a sound operational and strategic skill set.
- Experience with effectively managing a roster and wage control.
- Commitment to leading and inspiring a team to succeed.
- Ability to build strong professional relationships with Support Office departments.
