1. The Chemical Analyst supports production and laboratory operations through chemical analysis, material testing, metallurgical evaluation, and data reporting, enabling product quality, process reliability, and continuous operational support.
Chemical Analyst Roles:
- Performs laboratory functions for daily production as well as R&D tasks.
- Performs chemical analysis, mechanical testing, and metallography.

Chemical Analyst Experience and Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required. College experience in relevant technical areas (mathematics, chemistry, material science, any engineering discipline) is helpful.
- Prior laboratory experience in chemical analysis, mechanical testing, safe chemical handling, and general knowledge of metallurgical laboratory procedures is a plus but is not required.
- Some exposure to ISO 9001 Quality System is helpful.
- Must have demonstrated mechanical aptitude, be highly analytical with acceptable writing and record-keeping skills.
- Must have good visual acuity and color vision.
- Must be computer literate and have excellent interpersonal skills.
- Must be able to work independently without direct supervision.
- Must be willing to work either 2nd or 3rd shifts. Must be willing to work overtime and / or twelve hour shifts as needed to provide additional lab coverage.
- Practical knowledge of PC functions (Excel and Word).
2. The Chemical Counselor delivers substance abuse treatment and rehabilitation services for adult offender populations, supporting client recovery, behavioral stability, regulatory compliance, and long-term treatment outcomes through counseling, assessment, and case documentation.
Chemical Counselor Functions:
- Provide screening and assessment services.
- Provide Individual and Group Counseling Sessions as directed.
- Document all services in accordance to established policies and procedures.

3. The Chemical Engineer supports chemical manufacturing operations through process optimization, production troubleshooting, safety compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives, enabling operational efficiency, product quality, and reliable plant performance.
Chemical Engineer Details:
- Provide technical support in process troubleshooting and recommend appropriate countermeasures for process efficiency improvement
- Conduct investigations and analyze plant trouble issues, and identify areas which require improvement or appropriate corrective actions

- Strong SAP transformation, advisory or consulting experience and demonstrated success in a dynamic career path
- Experience engaging with Senior executives on defining future state vision, business case and transformation roadmaps
- Experience leading or contributing to sales pursuits for technology/SAP related work
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years' work experience). If Associate’s Degree, must have equivalent minimum 6-year work experience

5. The Chemical Operator supports GMP manufacturing operations through material handling, equipment operation, production processing, and compliance activities, ensuring safe production flow, product quality, and operational efficiency.
Chemical Operator Roles:
- Maintain compliance with all health, safety, environmental procedures and guidelines
- Receive materials into the limited access warehouse (LAW) per the appropriate procedures
- Prepare for production, raw material, staging and weighing
- Be able to perform all the manufacturing duties per the associated work instruction including set-up, operation and cleaning manufacturing equipment

6. The Chemical Specialist manages chemical inventory, procurement, supplier coordination, and material planning activities across regulated manufacturing environments, ensuring supply continuity, compliance, operational accuracy, and customer support performance.
Chemical Specialist Responsibilities:
- Consults with customer production lines and manufacturing groups to understand demand forecasts; schedules material lots and reviews pricing.
- Serves as a liaison between the customer and supplier for product sourcing.
- Enters inventory, purchasing, and QC data into applicable Avantor and customer systems; assists in 3rd party vendor and item set-up.
- Assists in qualifying new suppliers not through Avantor.
- Reviews and interprets contracts.

- Processes International, domestic and capital orders; reconciles invoices.
- Provides audit support and attends vendor shows as needed.
- Provides general Customer Service assistance: order processing, quotes, sample requests, returns, billing resolution.

Chemical Specialist Skills, Knowledge and Experience:
- High school diploma required; Associates or Bachelors degree in Logistics/ Supply Chain desirable
- 1-2 years of procurement, expediting, order management, and/or business experience
- Proven order management, forecasting knowledge, and/or expediting experience.
- Proficiency with MS Office suite (Expert level skills in Excel and Access)
