- Report clinical issues including major and minor incidents to appropriate channels and minimize clinical complications.
- Maintain proper and accurate records of the centre's activities, address client complaints, and analyze incidence reports in compliance with clinical standards.
Skills and Qualifications
- Recognized clinical qualification in Midwifery, with current registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) or equivalent recognized local clinical professional body in Ghana.
- Minimum 5 years of work experience in Sexual and Reproductive Health, with senior midwifery experience in SRH care delivery.
- Evidence of basic managerial qualification is an advantage, with experience working with an INGO preferred.
- Knowledge of the health delivery system in Ghana with the ability to work with minimum supervision.
- Multi-skilled and analytical with strong attention to detail and outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- Passionate about maternal health with the ability to motivate and lead teams to deliver high-quality service and results.
