Job Summary: 

• Responsible for the culture of human and animal cell lines, including, but not limited to, stem cells, fibroblasts, neurons, neutrosphere's, and organoids.
• Make human cerebral organoids and be responsible for ongoing culture and care
• Require to supply organoids and media as necessary to members of the lab and arrange shipping of organoids to collaborators  
• Required to keep meticulous records of all cell lines, frozen stocks, organoids and procedures.
• Prepare stem cell and organoid media, to maintain adequate stocks of media and culture reagents, aliquot stocks appropriately, order replacements 
• Maintain good stock rotation of reagents with expiration dates.
• Responsible for cleaning and maintenance of cell culture incubators.
• Follow all laboratory safety procedures including, but not limited to, wearing correct personal protective equipment as provided.
• Ensure appropriate disposal of culture/laboratory waste.
• Assist with other experimental procedures and attend laboratory meetings.
• Perform routine feeding, expansion, cryopreservation/recovery of cell lines and maintenance of frozen stocks.

Job Summary: 

• Build high-quality blower and compressor packages while leading other Assembly Technicians
• Directing other technicians in the work cell, work with Project Managers, Engineers, and other team members in the Engineered-To-Order (ETO) team.
• Use drawings, bills of material, and work instructions to assemble blower and compressor packages.

• Following the production schedule, operates mold and trim presses 
• Produce product following SOIs and work instructions.
• Performs a visual inspection of molded sheets for defects and removes via mallet and punch.
• Performs any prescribed pre and post treatment functions on work such as film coatings, canister washer, autoclave, metal detecting, sorting, dry shaker etc.
• Perform and/or Verify line clears for product/formulation change at each station of the process.
