The Beverage Cart Attendant owns bar maintenance, beverage inventory, and service cycle execution within the Food and Beverage Team of a hotel dining operation, ensuring guests receive a high-quality experience in compliance with state liquor laws and health regulations. Reporting to the Food and Beverage Manager, the Beverage Cart Attendant supports Dining Room and Hotel efficiency by managing par levels, daily orders, and inventory counts.

Key Responsibilities
