CAD Design Engineer Experience and Requirements:
- BSc. In Mechanical Engineering. Masters is a plus
- 12+ year experience in an electromechanical CAD design position, at least 4 years experience in medical device industry
- Experience in leading complex electromechanical systems from prototype to production
- SolidWorks proficiency with demonstrated experience with complex CAD modeling
- SolidWorks Surfacing experience
- Deep knowledge of mechanical design
- Experience with DFx (e.g., design for assembly, manufacturing, reliability, serviceability)
- Prior experience in leading and implementing CAD best practices
- Project management experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
