• Develop technical specifications including sizing, temperature rating, and connector selections for cable and connection systems.
• Create, route, and maintain cable assemblies in-vehicle environments.
• Create, select, and position clips, brackets, and protective sleeves, to support cables and connectors.

• Develop DV and PV test plans for the validation of all cable and connection systems.
• Ensure critical program milestones including design reviews and MRD dates are met.
• Designing complex wire harnesses is also part of the job, this can be done manually on paper, or wooden boards with nail-references.
• Work closely with cross-functional groups to ensure cable routings meet packaging requirements and have mounting provisions in the vehicle environment.
