Job Summary: 

• Work with Project PM, Workday consultants, HR COEs and Leadership to execute the project
• Prototyping designs and building all Workday configuration and setup changes based on approved requirements. 
• Work with stakeholder groups to review design and configuration solutions and can effectively answer questions about 
• Coordinate impact assessment with technical and functional HCM Systems teams 
• Ensure proper vetting of configuration changes and enhancements to assess downstream impacts
• Establish all artifacts and documentation to support change management practices  
• Support change process to migrate designs and configurations to production tenant
• Collaborate with partner teams to share best practices and avoid redundant effort
• Analyze and help resolve system issues, recommend/implement timely solutions
• Develop strong business acumen, including an understanding of Healthcare products, markets, competitors, customers, and business processes
