• Participate in project meetings and conference calls

• Produce shop drawings, and export spools, BOMS, and Trimble points for the eventual fabrication and installation of the system.

• Using own experience to develop output from sketches provided by Engineers.

Qualifications: BS in Civil Engineering with 5 years of Experience 

• Experienced in supervising less experienced Technicians.
• Ability to work on multiple projects.
• Experience in building engineering consultancy
• Solid experience in the use of Revit for structures.
• Experience using Revit software.
• Understanding of model and drawing production using Tekla Structures.
• Experienced in conducting model reviews.
• Experience of model exchange using IFC.
• An understanding of how buildings are coordinated and constructed to a construction level of detail.
• Familiarity with industry standards including BS EN ISO 19650 standards.

Qualifications: BS in Mechanical Engineering with 6 years of Experience 

• Experience in producing and reviewing BIM Execution Plans, EIRs, and other project BIM documentation.
• Understanding of Reinforced Concrete Detailing drawing & schedule production
• Experience working in a multi-disciplinary team.
• Understanding of commercial realities and business needs.

• Programming skills (Dynamo, Grasshopper, Python, etc.)
• Basic knowledge of EC design codes as minimum, AASHTO, or BS codes in advance

Qualifications: BS in Electrical Engineering with 4 years of Experience 

• Experience as a commercial construction drafter, preferably in electrical work.
• Must have the ability to read and interpret documents such as blueprints
• Ability to project specifications and contract documents and apply this information to CAD drawings. 
• Must have the ability to read, comprehend and write instructions and memos. 
• Must have the ability to communicate effectively. 
• Also must possess sufficient speech, writing and communication skills necessary 
• Must have the ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of variables in situations
