• Responsible for hitting daily order packing quota set by supervisor
• Picking, packing, and fulfilling wholesale orders using finished goods inventory out of inventory room
• Responsible for correct inventory in METRC and NAV for all pick and pack transactions
• Pick orders from inventory room to fulfill sales orders
• Make shipping labels and METRC tags for all orders
• Bring order paperwork to distribution office for completion of distribution processing
• Update inventory in NAV and oversight and participate in order QA
• Responsible to make sure team members are working hard, having fun, and being appreciated
• Direct liaison between distribution office and pick and pack team

• Responsible for supporting the VP and Directors in the team on developing funding structures for the assets originated by the organization
• Understanding product requirements and how to fit them best with the investor requirements
• Liaise with the Origination team to provide feedback and recommendations on transactions based on the above view
