  • Manage the recruitment by relying on the existing structure (HR/production).
  • Coordinate the operator proposal system in order to guarantee the policy of continuous improvement and employee motivation.
  • Responsible for the “daily accountability” of production unit, safety, quality, quantity, TRS and TRG, cleanliness.
  • Leader in the use of continuous improvement tools (VSM, 5S +, Standard Work) in production unit and in cross-functional support for activities in the plant.

3. BS in Industrial Engineering with 2 years of Experience
