  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Architecture or related field.
  • Minimum 10 Years experience working on multi-family projects
  • Licensed to practice architecture in California is preferred.
  • Strong experience with San Francisco’s permit approvals process is required.
  • Must be a good communicator (written and oral) and must be able to maintain effective documentation
  • Capability to think critically, solve problems logically and make well-reasoned business decisions
  • Knowledge of the codes, laws, and standards that apply to architecture such as local and state building codes. A thorough understanding of code interpretations as they relate to existing non-conforming structures is required.
  • Experience with projects in rent-controlled buildings is a plus.
